With a tax-deductible gift of $100 you will receive the following benefits:

A 3.5 in. x 2 in. ad placement within the 2022 Eustis Jazz Revue program to be distributed to all attendees.

GOLD Jazz Revue Partner
With a tax-deductible gift of $200 or more you will receive the following benefits:

A 3.5 in. x 2 in. ad placement within the 2022 Eustis Jazz Revue program to be distributed to all attendees.

Ability to provide a promotion item on all 200 VIP seats. (Promotional items must be delivered to the EHS front office by Monday, March 7th.)
